I make kvass whith the whey. Just rince the organice beet with water chop it into cubes add salt water amd the whey ley it ferment in a glass container in a darle place for a week and Then strain it and drink it with the juice of a lemon

I use the left over Whey as a sub for actual milk to make pancakes. Without changing anything else, I think the Whey makes the pancakes so fluffy. Soo good.

I used my pasta strainer with a couple of coffee filters…only because 1 was not big enough so i overlapped them. Wirked great

Whey: 1/4 – 1 cup after a workout.. great protein for muscle recovery. (Better than powders: they don’t make money for that therefore straight whey not promoted.
Low fat milk: nooooo have dieted for decades went Keto (high fat low carb – lost 17 kgs)
Saturated fats – not dangerous (debunked) I’m healthier in my 50’s than ice ever been in my life! Hence why I’m here learning about probiotics, yoghurt etc 😊
You tube- Dr Jason Fung says why does doctors keep saying low fat when it has a 90% failure rate! He calls Calorie Restriction as Primary the CRaP diet 😂

If you carefully position them so the lid fits, you can get three-quart mason jars in the pot and once the yogurt is made, they're already in their container.
Awesome! I use fairlife milk and it doesn’t need heated up first. Also, you can get a yogurt strainer on amazon that is so much nicer for straining out the whey. You can use whey in the place of buttermilk – for pancakes, some breads, waffles etc. Great video – thank you!

There is a cold start method too , but if u dont have a yougert function on yours u cant do that method .the one I have the 8qrt duo has the yougert function .so i do cold start method.u will need ultra pasteurized or ultra filtered for this method though.
Do not use just the bottom of ure ip or any pressure cooker ,to cook on nooo!!if u want to ruin it though go ahead .
