That it is great recipe, can you try with beef cheek and make barbacoa just add salt and garlic and cook for 6 hrs, it is good food my friend

Glad you finally tried it out Sapo! We dont add water. And the peppers well take out, finely mince and add back in after it's done cooking. DEFINATELY a keeper recipe! We've done it with chicken breast and pork as well! Man so good!

very good! Next time use the juice in the jar of peppers as well. this is one of my go to recipes and can be done with chicken or pork as well
