    I would have liked to see her test Toasting bread since it doesn't come with a toast pre-set built in. honestly it is the one thing stopping me from getting this since I want a toaster oven and the omni is just too big.

    We bought the other model….the smaller one with the drawer. Absolutely LOVE the thing. Using it at least once a day and up to four times in a day. 'boiled' eggs come out perfect, burgers, fries, chicken thighs, everything does.

    I think the dehydration function is meant more for making jerky than Apple chips. I still wouldn’t buy this machine for that purpose because as you say the oven works just fine. The rotisserie function looks good but again the cost of the machine maybe to high if that’s the primary use case.
