Hi friends! Hope you enjoy the video 🙂 I talk a bit fast in this one (was trying to squeeze a lot of tips in haha), so if you're having trouble understanding you can change the playback speed in the lower right corner of your screen. I'll try to slow down for future videos!

Just tried the veggie pasta and it was excellent. I also sauteed some onion at the start and added fresh basil, one tomato and some chickpeas as well as all the ingredients in the recipe. It all took just 25 mins. Scrumptious!

Came here cause I can't eat many vegetables and I'm curious about just how beneficial this stuff could be. I can stomach some, but most make me sick or don't even get swallowed cause I'll start gagging. As for fruit, I love fruit, I probably eat fruits like I should eat vegetables.

Definetly will make the pickled onions! I’m sure the shawarma place in my neighborhood will appreciate that since I ask for a ridiculous amount in my bowls weekly 😬

I love all of these. Seem pretty simple and encourage a new vegan like myself to try them all. In fact I already made the pickled onions and they're delicious! Thank you Caitlin!

I love crispy bacon with eggs in the morning. And a cup of black coffee, with no sugar or cream. I drink full fat milk. I like spicy sausages with beer and stinky cheese with wine. And I like hot chicken soup when I'm suffering from a cold. While i think vegetarian recipies are fine as a side dish or when you are trying to save money, i can't imagine having to eat only those for the rest of my life. Unless you have medical or religious reasons not to eat diary or meat, I think you are just snug and pretentious. A stuck up hipster, who can afford to be picky with their food and demands everyone else should be the same.

Previously you mentioned making a big batch of rice to last the week but I grew up being told that due to the surface area, rice is very prone to going off quickly and should be eaten within a couple of days in the fridge. Do you not find this an issue or do you freeze half of it. Also how do you stop the other half avocado from spoiling before the next days breakfast?
