    Excellent video thank you 🙏

I just got the exact model today and I noticed the pressure valve is much different they yours so maybe they've updated the units since this video was made so we don't have to use as much liquid always. I notice ok box mine says Insta pot duo60 V3 (version 3) I'm guessing.

Great job with the video. It looks like I would never use it for rice though. The rice looked sticky, like paste. Not "fluffy" at all.
The time involved was not much less than I can do on my stove top. I cook brown rice in 35-40 minutes and this unit took 29 minutes, start to finish.

Also, If I don't want "soup", how can someone use this unit to cook normal, dry meats? If all dishes have to come out like soup, this unit is not for me.. (Not a big soup fan)

The trivet that comes with the unit could have been used to elevate the chicken up out of the liquid. The chicken would have cooked the same and still absorbed the flavor from the spices, onion, etc…

When I retired I took over most of the cooking and cleaning of the
kitchen and have been happy doing so. I received an Instant Pot for
Christmas and have been mad and upset ever since. The only thing I
have managed to cook without a Burning sign coming up is boiled eggs.
I thought I'd try it again today and once again the Burning sign came
up. I am an old man (will be 70 this year) and I don't do well with
new toys. I'll keep cooking with conventional pots, pans and dutch
ovens. Sorry, but I just had to take my rage out about this thing and
get it out of my system.

It’s been exactly one year since I bought this device. Quite honestly, it is the most useful kitchen appliance I have ever owned! I bought it to make yogurt, but it does so much more. One side effect which I have not seen mentioned is the savings in electricity. My bills are way down!

Why don't you just use the manual button… It works all the time and you don't need all the water , I for one don't use the poultry button … Looks like you had it on low pressure for the rice .. BUT You need high pressure for the pot to work on the poultry this is why you had so much water in the pot at the end of cooking time.. This is way I don't use the POULTRY BUTTON..

I haven't even opened my box yet and I think I'm going to return it. I could have cooked those thighs so much easier and faster in my little cast iron ceramic coated pan with lid- faster and juicy without so much nonsense! This seems like such a time waster! I love my little ceramic coated dutch ovens- they can be used for everything!
