I can now make paneer that tastes better than I can get anywhere!! I always make extra sauce when I make Palak Paneer or Saag Paneer so that I can just gobble up more paneer. We LOVE Urvashi!!
Hi, can you please let me know the amount of vinegar (cups/ spoons) you've used for making this paneer? Also can I substitute vinegar with lemon juice?

I made this several years ago from your Indian Instant Pot cookbook along with the Butter Chicken and something else that I can't remember. I had 3 Instant Pots going simultaneously and my kitchen looked like a tornado (but not a white one) had gone through. But I had Butter Chicken and Palak Paneer that was magnificent!
