LOVE LOVE LOVE my instant pot!>>>arah.in/3yKn    It is definitely not a necessity for everyone, but it has certainly made my life easier. I think the 8 quart version we got is maybe a little large for most people's needs, but I really appreciate the versatility of being able to put a larger quantity into the pot – it's made dishes like stir-fry and rice possible to cook at the same time. If you're on the fence about what size to get, or if you should get one at all, I would say go for it!

Hi Urvashi, your video is quite informative.
When you use containers for the yogurt, do you add water to the inner pot?
Do you just select the “Yogurt” program & it does it’s work automatically?

Hi Urvashi, maybe this is not the right place to ask this question but I don't know where else to ask. So here goes…do we need to take out the sealing ring and weight after each use and store separately? Will the sealing ring spoil or develop a hole if it's left on the cooker when not in use?

Kudos. After over 3 years' using the IP, I'm going to check out all your videos. My impression of this one was: Oh, is THAT what it's meant to do? Thanks from a former data engineer/cruncher.

I have not bought an instant pot yet. In your book, Indian Instant pot you mention that cooking tomatoes in the IP can burn or turn out well depending on moisture content. I always use fresh tomatoes even if the recipe says canned. Should I just make a separate quick tomato sauce with sauted tomatoes and a little water in place of canned and then puree them or crush them up with spatula while they are cooking. I cook a lot using tomatoes so would appreciate your advice. Thank you.

Thank you so much for this video.  I am not new to the instant pot (have had mine since May when my other brand died), but this answers many questions and gives me some ideas for trying new things.

Hi! Yes It's me but my high school picture of me! What's the best button and time to get the best bone broth flavor from bones and stock? I want the most collagen possible and clarity isn't a factor. Flavor is! Is cooking longer better?
