This is by far my favorite video! I love what you said though about making a choice to think about good things and being intentional. I have also been reading more scriptures and praying to help with my anxiety.

Prayers for your brother. I hope he makes a good recovery and is able to get out of the hospital soon.

My plan is to stay home with my boys and not leave the house unless we really need to go to the store, but I think we are well stocked on food to survive for couple of days, my boys have a routine just like if they were going to school. Just hoping for things to get better soon and praying for everyone. Stay safe. Never in my life I had seen the stores so empty like it's scary how far people went on hoarding food, I mean people should just have taken the necessary, not over buy and leave everyone else with nothing. I was glad I was able to find the one last box of diapers for my baby.

We're on official lockdown. Only essential businesses are open and people aren't supposed to be out without a reason. We can go for a walk but we need to be prepared to get stopped and questioned. Loitering and "hanging out" will not be tolerated. It's scary and eerie out there.
Schools are closed for the duration and being an independent contractor, if I don't teach, I don't get paid. I am VERY lucky to have a part-time job that I can do at home (or at least some of it) so at least I'm getting some income. With the possibility that this could last until Fall, I'm not sure how to think… FLATTEN THAT CURVE! (except I'm going to be a round ball by the end….) #eatingmyfeelings

Great messages- my 11 year old daughter has autism and it's def a struggle to have her home- she's having meltdowns and is only partially verbal so it's hard for her to express – but we r making it thru- we r only going on remote hikes w no people around to get out of the apartment here in Texas! Good luck w this all and thank u for the support and messages again🙂

The world is going to look different in the future. I think it may be for the better. Families will be closer. I look at times like this as a challenge to solve a problem. I keep busy and don't worry. Besides worry does not solve a problem. I also look at this as a reminder from the architect of this life we live that we will not be given more than we can handle. We will come out stronger and better.

Great reminders. I am trying so hard to focus on faith and gratitude- my Generalized Anxiety DO is really hard to contain right now. I love that you are speaking truth in a way that doesn’t spread fear

Your kind and encouraging words mean so much! My anxiety has been tough these last few days and as much as I do all the things I know I need to do to calm myself (I don't take any type of medication for it) sometimes it just doesn't work. Today I didn't turn the tv on, I had the radio on and the windows open. I even took a nap and I feel so much better and more prepared to take on whatever comes my way!

I’m having a hard time because I just lost my vision in August from having 2020 vision to having gone blind due to a genetic condition and my mother lost her vision in the same year I always want to homeschool my kids but I didn’t realize in this capacity won’t be so crazy I am excited to have them home more and to connect as a family however structure is very important to my children so I hope to just focus on the small things and just for the times that we have like with Art and things like that I’m just really anxious to try to navigate virtual learning wall my vision loss
