I have an egg cooker that stands alone and it says to use the needle point that comes with it to prick the egg once on the rounded part of the egg. It helps with the pressure. Ever tried doing that?

You only need 1/2 cup of water for 6 minutes cook time. I use hot water so I don't have to wait so long for the water to heat up and get up to pressure. Also, using less water shortens the time it takes to get to temperature.

That is what I will probably be using my instant cooker for most of the time since I do eat salads and can cook many at one time, which I use in my salads. I have a roaster which I use to cook chicken, turkey, both beef, and pork roasts in.
