    Also I know your past the pumpkin/fall season of vids but I've been loving apple cider with matcha!! It's so good both warm or cold. And then I've also been putting apple butter in my oatmeal! It's delicious, and it makes it so I don't have to sweeten my oatmeal additionally. I always have a hard time using up seasonal things like apple butter but adding it into oatmeal has been perfect for me–

    One seasoning I’ve recently added to my season/spice staples is called zaatar it’s a mix is sumac and sesame seeds but it’s one of the only seasonings that’s tart but if I make something too salty that is a lifesaver I just remember acidity cancels out salty so acid is always essential for a well balanced flavor
