I just cooked up half a dozen, intending to follow the 5-5-5 method. However, I lost track of time after cooking time ended and ended up doing a 5-5-17. Guess what? Same wonderful results you achieved!

I just did this with my Cosori PC and the shells literally slid off the eggs. Wow! Never boiling again.

If your IP is broken or not available for some reason, I have had very good success with steaming hard boiled eggs for 12 minutes and they peel very easily also just like the IP method. But as always the IP is probably more convenient. I am boiling 6 eggs in my pressure cooker right now to try it.
I made hard-boiled eggs last night (my first venture with my new Instant Pot) and the cooked eggs themselves have a strong sulfur odor…they're stinking up my fridge. ???
Cooked my first batch of eggs today and WOW! Never using the stove to hard boil eggs again. One out of the eight I cooked ended up cracked so it was hard to peel but the other seven where perfect easy to peel:).

I do 6 min pressure and quick release and they have been perfect every time. Did up to a dozen at once.
