    Thanks! Being Kashmiri, watching this made me very happy. And you stayed true to the spices we use. Yes, food is very different and No tomatoes, onions or garlic in any traditional Kashmiri foods. I love Nadru (lotus stems)….do you think if I was just cooking them by itself I would still need 10 mins on high pressure? I prefer the lotus stems to have a bit of crispness. I need to get those inserts for IP. Do you think they are available on Amazon?
