    Lots of recipes call for boneless chicken thighs but I have a hard time finding them, especially boneless. Don't know if that is common or just one more shortage because of the pandemic.

    I made this yesterday and it was absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe all the way except that I didn't have Boursin, so I used Alouette cheese. This is a really savory and slightly sweet dish. I made rice to go with it, but it was actually better without the rice! Thank you so much for these great recipes. You make my life easier and cooking more enjoyable!

    unsubscribing because this dude does not know how to cook at all… he does not know what the saute does even tho he is the "master of pressure cook". Saute / browning is actually for browning.., try that next time and then start your pressure cook stufff.
