    Going to try to make the chili oil and noodles tonight. Is it chicken broth or stock that we pour on top? I ask because they have different salt levels and I’m so excited to try making this dish!

    Finally I know what makes Szechuan good so special. It's that szechuan peppercorn. When I first had it in China town in San Fran, it blew my mind. Had never had anything like it. I've tried to find Szechuan like it again and never have in my home state, Vegas or NY Chinatown. Lol I tried. Now I'm gonna try making it.
