I bought the wrong noodles, I think they were knife cit fresh noodles. No wonder the dish was mushy. Egg nuders is what it was supposed to be….I goofed🤣🤦♀️

Finally I know what makes Szechuan good so special. It's that szechuan peppercorn. When I first had it in China town in San Fran, it blew my mind. Had never had anything like it. I've tried to find Szechuan like it again and never have in my home state, Vegas or NY Chinatown. Lol I tried. Now I'm gonna try making it.
