Just made this for dinner. Only change was swapping celery for the mushrooms, as the fam bam isn't big on mushrooms. I liked it a lot. Only thing I would change (The mushroom swap was a one time thing) would be a slight reduction in chicken stock, in order to make it a little less casserole like, and perhaps a slight reduction in cooking time, to keep the rice a bit more firm. To those reading this, do not let that influence you if you try it. This is just my personal preference. Based on the silence during dinner, this was a hit, and extremely easy to make. Now I'll be trying other recipes from this channel. You just got another subscriber.
