Jeffrey me and the hubby just LOVE 💘YOU! hubby dislikes Brussel sprouts greatly. I love them. He will eat them only because I have tried a million recipes and he does it because I try so hard lol. I have a question. I am having pork tenderloin for dinner and I would love to make these but I only have frozen. Do you think it will pick up enough flavor at zero minutes? I have made them set on 0 and they come out very soft which I like. I am afraid they won't absorb enough spicy flavor so he will like them. HELP ME so I don't have to give them I
    Forever.

I love brussel sprouts so I am going to have to try this recipe. What I don't understand is how you get presser with no water in the pot. The directions that came with my pot say to always add water. Are they incorrect?

Just made this and it is great! I didn't have sesame oil or rice wine vinegar so I just used white vinegar and regular oil. It was still wonderful but I can see where they would add different layers to the taste. Think this is my new sprout go-to recipe. Thank you!

I was nervous because you put no liquid in the pot, and wasn't sure there was enough sauce to come to pressure. But it worked. I am not a fan of brussel sprouts either, but this might change my mind. Maybe without the red pepper flakes.

Made this today and put 1/2 the Sriracha and omitted the Cayenne. Once it was done, the flavor was good but IMO it was missing a bit of sweetness so I stirred in 3 tbsp of honey and then it was perfect! Tasted like something from PF Changs. 🙂 thanks for the recipe!

Oh my Brussels sprouts are not usually my fav either, although I love Cabbage. Anyway, this recipe may convert me too 😂
Gonna try it but I normally don't see fresh Brussels sprouts in my area but will be on the prowl for them. 😁

I already love Brussel Sprouts, and I can't wait to try this! Currently in the middle of packing. I haven't had the chance to cooking anything in my Instant Pot yet. Found your channel to learn more about using it. I watch your videos during packing breaks… and I drool. I love your energy, your recipes and your sense of humour.

I love brussels sprouts and the spicy addition I bet tastes great. I would add some small slices of lemon peel pith and all. I like SPICE!
Made Polish Golumpki meat/rice stuffed cabbage leaves in tomato sauce. Martha Stewart had her mom make them. Perfect dish.

Jeffrey, you had me convinced I might actually like brussel sprouts up until I actually made the dish. Then reality came crashing back in. Count me out on this one…way too hot (which I kind of expected) but didn't like the taste either or that smell. And now I can't get it out of my silicone ring…any suggestions?
