I decided to make one of the few Filipino recipes I know: Chicken Adobo. Better yet, it will be cooked in my Instant Pot. “Adobo” is a Spanish word for marinade.

Try the filipino brand vinegar and soy sauce (Swan). You can really taste the difference. I loved making it using the instapot. And do I hear a little whitney?
