Sherry, this is a great recipe and demonstration. I have made a cheesecake before, and even though it tasted good, it had cracking on top. I didn't want to look like I didn't know what I was doing, so I never posted it. You know how this who YT thing works. Someone will say something. lol I really liked this technique. Great job!!!

wow I've actually wanted to try using the Instant Pot to make a cheesecake! Though I've never made a standard cheesecake so I haven't gotten to this yet. That looks so tasty, great thickness and love the strawberry topping!
It looks really good. This is something I've wanted to try to do, but haven't done it yet. We both love cheesecake. Ok Dave says it's good. Now I want to try this even more. Hopefully I will get an opportunity to do it in a couple weeks.
