I love that you even show Eat Out Night because someone may be sitting here watching this and thinking "it's 4pm, I have nothing laid out/we have no groceries to make a full meal, and my kid has practice at 6" and you might show Arby's or something and that person may think "man that sounds good, I haven't had Arby's in forever!" Regardless of it being take out, it's still a dinner idea! <3

I just wanted you to know I finally made the Arby’s Roast Beef n’ Cheddar sandwiches you showed us how to make awhile back. It was exactly like Arby’s! I have been collecting the ingredients for awhile with the intention of making it one night for something quick and easy. I even saved Arby sauce packets last time I was there so it really made it extra delicious. RoastBeef lunch meat has really gone up in price but these are still cheaper than buying at the restaurant.
