30 minutes on high was too long. Next time I will do 25 minutes. I don’t measure anything. I just throw stuff in.

is that purple potatoes???? that looks fabulous! and yes, I make stew the same way. some of this, and some of that, and this looks good, and that smells good… and oooooh! I should put some of that in! squirrel brain goes through my spice cabinet…
