Ling, thank you for showing us a healthier diet. In a culture where excessive means "more" — sixty percent of Americans is obese — you are advocating a wise choice, which is perhaps impossible for most self-indulgent individuals to adopt 😋. After all, the fittest (healthiest) will survive.

    亲你好给力,把食材缺乏及苦闷的日子过得如此简单自在快乐。加油挺住,能不出去最好,我已出去三次了,虽戴口罩围巾医用手套,回来几天心里不是很不踏实😀

Love the blue and white China, longtime favorite. This looks easy and healthy, we will invent a lot of new dishes during this time. I have been watching tips on regrowing vegetables from portions we buy from grocery, like bottom of onions, celery, carrot tops.

Look so yummy. I have a tendency to overcook. But watching your video help me with what I'm doing wrong. When I'm able to go, will get noodle. Had stir fried snap pea, firm tofu, white mushroom with garlic and ginger. Had it with quinoa with sprinkle of furikake on top. Leftover from last night dinner. Thank so much for cooking and sharing your meal with us.🙏
