Just happened to run across Instant Pot today (apparently all the rage and has a following. Who knew??) Thought I’d check out some videos to see it in use and reviews or recipes. I’ve just watched a few of yours. I have to say, I’m a fan!! This pot roast recipe looks so good. Would be the first thing I’d want to make. If in fact I acquire one!! (Kind of already thinking, have to have it! lol)
