Add all ingredients to a bowl, except chicken, and mix well. Place chicken in baggie and add mixture. Make sure every chicken leg gets coated well! Add cup of water to Instant pot and place the trivet in pot. Add the chicken legs to the Instant Pot and pressure cook on high for 18 minutes and then natural release for 5 minutes. Set oven to broil setting and layout the chicken legs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush the chicken legs with your favorite barbecue sauce. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes.
