What’s the duration on the pressure cook.
I literally just said out loud, “holy shit that looks good.” I have an Indian restaurant that has made the best baingan bartha, but it’s an hour away (doesn’t stop me) and this kinda inspired me to try and do it myself. The hard part will be the spices. Thanks for the motivation!

Do you think the version with the whole little round eggplants stuffed with nuts (my favorite dish!) would work in the I-pot since they could be set in just before pressure cooking and lifted out before the peas?
