I’m new to instant pot cooking. I have a 3qt and cook for myself only. Is it normal when doing the initial water test to have steam escape from the steam vent for the first minute of pressure?

I could absolutely Watch you cook and meal prep all day long!! I learned so much from you and get so many fantastic ideas. Keep up the great work! Any tips for getting non-wild rice lovers to like wild rice?? Or do you think a regular rice would work in your ham/chicken and wild rice soup??
Levi is getting so big 💙!! Is he 18 months yet??

everything looked so delicious! When Levi is a teenager eating with both hands instead of one I think your grocery bill is going to increase significantly, lol. That little guy looks like he loves his food 🙂

All good recipes and info as always. I can't have nitrates or much sodium due to health issues but I could substitute chicken or beef for most recipes. That rice soup looked excellent. 👍

Enjoyed watching this presentation of your weeks meals. I normally don't do a meal plan for 2 plus my hubby is not a schedule type person nor likes every thing I like, makes meal planning hard. I do what I can when he is up to that dish.
I'm more structured which makes it harder on me.
Thanks for all you do and show. It's helpful. 👍

You used to use the “Vidalia onion chopper” thingie – I LOVE using mine thanks to you… but I notice you don’t use it anymore… any particular reason? I still grin every time I use it. Everything is so even, uniform, and FAST…

Twice baked taters are such an open concept, but I like to use a little instant mashed potatoes in mine with grated cheese, bacon bits and green onions on top. Rene needs a bigger cucumber hand.

Prior to this video you had mentioned the twice baked taters so I had to make some. Yours look way good compared to mine.
Ren picking up the cucumber slices is so cute! That girl really likes her cucumbers. 😂

I love these videos! I was amazed at how much wild rice you added to the soup but then I remembered you doubled the recipe. It looks delicious!!
Also, I think if you added just a little bit of milk or cream to your potato mixture for the twice baked potatoes they wouldn’t be so dry and it would be easier to stiff the shells.
Please keep doing these videos! 😁
