Hey girl I made the chicken and dumplings last night. The dumplings came out perfect. I cooked it on the stove top. My husband loved it. First time they came out. The secret is not to stir the dumplings. Want to thank you. By the way I totally enjoy your channel and since of humor. I also like the step to step for the instant pot. Still can not get spaghetti noodles to cook.
I don't have an Instant Pot.. Make me scared to get one. I was told if I got one I would love using it. Something about pressure cookers make me nervous.

I love these four recipes great recipes, I have a question though. I noticed when you're using the instant pot that you're turning the pot inside with your fingers, my question is ? does that not get hot?

I think I've told you before that I don't have an Instant Pot but another brand/type of electric pressure cooker. I absolutely love cooking in it.
I recently made beef stroganoff using a chunk roast I cut into small strips. I actually used part of the roast for the stroganoff and the other part for beef and broccoli. I cooked all the beef in my pressure cooker then took out a portion and transferred it to a skillet to add the broccoli and Raman. Both dishes came out great and I was able to cook all the beef in my pressure cooker, making it so tender. And it was such a time saver cooking the meat all at once.
Love your videos! You always make such amazing dishes and you explain things so well. And just when I'm looking for something to cook you appear with another great idea. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for doing this instant pot videos, my instant pot is still sitting in box since last year, because I did not know how to use it and was scared to use! Thank you for putting step by step instructions on how to use it as you went, that is the type of instructions I needed for it! As well as the recipes I can't wait to try, if you have any more instant pot recipes, I would be interested in them!!! I definitely am new to this!!!
Catherine, these look Delicious! I've made the Stroganoff kind before but it's been a good minute! 😁 Now to decide which one for dinner tomorrow, No, for Wednesday! I've got the casserole that has cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese, tomato sauce and egg noodles in it. Don't know what it's called, but some I think call it a million dollar casserole or a better than ☺ ? Casserole! 🤔💭…Nah! 😂🤣😂
I may try to fix it in the Instant Pot! Cook it for about the same time as your Stroganoff recipe, do you think?
