I made this chicken rub tonight and put it on some boneless skinless cutlets and grilled them up. Huge hit with the whole family, even my picky 3 year old. I saved the leftover rub for next time. This will be my go to chicken seasoning from now on.

There’s competing stories but the best is that here in Tucson at a restaurant called el charro, the chef was making a burrito and it fell into the fryer. If you dry out a chicken breast smoking it your doing something terrible wrong. Most of the time I have a hard time with it being to tender giving it a mushy texture
