That protein powder that your using isn’t a complete protein.. it doesn’t count as protein… it’s just collagen.. 🤦🏻♀️
People are so concerned about how much food this is… when they don’t realize that calories really do not matter that much for someone who is a healthy weight. The most important thing is healthy food and blood sugar stability.
So you tell us that you are a dietitian, yet you made a calorie bomb and used the “high-protein” by using protein powder, so you did nothing
This is a meal for someone who is very active, works out regularly 4-5 times a week for hours. This is not for those who are heavy/heavier.
