Here in the US, we have something called "sun tea." Which is technically raw because you brew it by sitting it in the sun for nearly a whole day. So you could have had your tea without cheating. You get a BIG clear container with a lid and you place 3-5 tea bags and water inside and then sit it out on the patio. You can add lemon slices if you'd like.
It's only worth it if you make a big batch because it takes so much longer than boiling water.

In the past I tried to consume a 100% raw vegan diet. I have failed (or it failed me?) every time. It's not sustainable for me personally, and I could relate to every single groan and complaint you uttered. I have felt this pain, and by God it's legitimate. I've done a complete 180° and now follow a carnivore diet. I feel amazing, dropped weight and have increased energy for my workouts. I would love to see you give it a go. Another fantastic week on though Mike, well done.

Do you ever stop to think, that doing all these week on food thing's, what harm it may be doing tuo your body? Its alright having all these subscribers and people who join your channel, it may bring you in money, but at what cost to your body and long term health? 🤔

Im not a vegan, let alone a raw vegan haha! And I wouldn't enjoy this challenge but it could have been made so much more tolerable!

Pico De Gallo with nori as chips (tomatoes, onion, coriander, jalapeño, and lime juice)
Guac (Avocado, corriander onion, lime juice and salt – if allowed) with nori chips or carrot sticks etc
Mango salsa (basically the pico de Gallo but with mango as well and could also add capsicum and avo)
Cheese made by cashew nuts and lemon juice
frozen nice cream (blended frozen bananas, flavoured with fruit) could even make smoothies and freeze into ice lollies.
vegan raw cheesecake (could use raw cacao and dates to make a choc version or berries for a berry version)
peanut butter (could even make a jam with blended berries and lemon juice and a few dates)
Sushi (which you did but could have made cauliflower rice and added some from of vinegar and liquid aminos if it qualifies)
I once went to a vegan raw cafe and they served a sprouted bread with coconut bacon could be interesting to make!
Anything to make it more tolerable otherwise that would have been horrible!!

@mikejeavons you should try Slow Carb. Easy to follow and you get a cheat day every week(Obviously you wouldn't get a cheat day but still, it would be a good watch)

I've been doing it for a month and I'm down 13 lbs so far, great stuff

I tried a vegetarian /vegan diet in 1993.. I eventually had diarreah several times a day. Everything tasted horrible and I had no energy. The amount of shopping and food waste was staggering. Went back to the carnivore diet ever since and life is so much simpler and I actually look forward to eating! I love banana plants but the vegan diet made me HATE bananas ! to this day the only way I could eat a banana is green and fried in beef tallow.

I completely understand your phobia Mike, I developed the same after working in a call centre where clients shouted at us almost all day every day. For years afterwards I struggled with answering the phone, especially if I couldn't work out who was calling.

I feel like with raw vegan meals, some of them should be eaten in larger portions. The lasagne he had just wasn't a big enough portion for what it is. Volume eat my man. You can't treat it like a normal size portion of lasagne.

veganism is a moral philosophy against animal abuse veganism is not a diet alot of people think its just a diet when its not and the people that are eating raw like that are literally braindead same goes for the carnivore dieters

Christ on a pogo stick Mike. This was like watching self flagellation. Much respect for getting through 7 days of that. Didn't channel 4 do a critical documentary about said counselling company? Anyway best wishes. Don't do that ever again.
