when flax and nuts are heated….the oil they contain becomes rancid…..nuts and seeds should be eaten raw.
Great recipe. However, the book says to sauté the veggies. This video shows them raw. Is one way better than the other? Also, 2T chili powder was a little too spicy for me. Do you have alternate suggestions? Thx😊
