    Hey Kristin! ❤️
I was just wondering…could you maybe do a video one just low carb or diabetic friendly meals? I know I can find other sites online, but I enjoy watching you cook and especially seeing the ingredients your using. You are one amazing Mama cook 😊(along with your other beautiful sisters). And if you have already done one of those videos..forgive me. Been really busy but I have to binge watch the videos 😛. Love love watching you cook 😍❤️

One note on Avocado Oil: There have been a few studies (2 back in 2020 and one earlier this year, that I know of) that have shown the majority (80%!) of avocado oils sold in the US are either NOT avocado oil, or are RANCID avocado oil. yeah, rancid oil in the bottles on the shelves within their 'use by' dates. Those that weren't avocado oil were usually some blend of sunflower, safflower, and soybean oils, some with avocado as well, and some without. A couple of brands were found to be 100% soybean oil. And many of those bottles were labeled as 'pure' and/or 'extra-virgin' avocado oil.

The reason is, there is no regulation on Avocado oil yet, so they can package anything, rancid or not, and sell it as avocado oil. This is why you will NEVER find avocado oil in my house (at least, not until some regulation is put in place, but probably not even then… just too many other great oils with great health benefits and cooking properties out there!)

So talking about the gloves and the hot sauce. I remember one time, I was in a restaurant class in my high school, and the teacher was having us combine bottles of ketchup and hot sauce and stuff like that, and I got hot sauce on my hand. I didn't think anything about it. Oh, my goodness, I burnt my hand. I had no idea that would happen. The teacher was like, well it is hot sauce. She was talking to someone who had no experience with hot sauce. Love hot sauce now, but really had not eaten any what 30 something years ago. Anyway…I learned a valuable lesson that day.

Quick question for the breakfast casserole, if I don’t have pots to place inside my instant pot can I just put everything in the instant pot directly?

Thank you Kristen for sharing this. I’ve never been a fan of pre breaded chicken. What you shared, I will definitely be trying that. Could you please add more different breading varieties in the future?
The Six Sister’s company is fantastic and honestly, I love what you have been showing these types of food creations for years and I am definitely been a big fan and my stomach loves it too when I create your creative, inventive, tasty meals. Thanks again.

I love that you're doing these tik tok recipes…..these all looked so good. I thought there would be way too much seasoning but sounds like you're ok with it at the end! I prefer Avocado oil to Olive oil, I have both in my pantry! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Ms. Kristin you guys keep USC and UCLA in the Pac 12. I won't be welcoming them to the BigTen Conference anytime. The only time I want to see them is New Years Day in The Rose Bowl.

All three look awesome! And as Uncle Roger says when referring to those who are spice/seasoning challenged: "Use the right amount, not the White amount.".
Love you and your sisters output. Thank you!

Those Buffalo chicken tenders look good. I love spicy! I use cayenne pepper and I add it to my food on my plate because my family can’t handle as much heat as I like. So I can tell you 3 teaspoons of cayenne is a lot so unless you like it really hot I would start with 1 teaspoon. If you want it hotter add more on the top when they come out otherwise you may waste a whole batch.

Avocado oil is good for high heat cooking, is flavour neutral and is much better for you than corn/canola/soy oil. Those are nasty oils for our health. Since the chicken is going in these oven, you doesn't need to get it to 165F. I don't see what made that first one worthy of going viral. I cook like that all the time LOL. It's so basic!
