Thank you for sharing this. It's happened to all of us. It's happened to me. I've had things I shouldn't thinking it's not going to hurt me but of course one leads to another and so on. You did the right thing of realizing it, getting rid of it and starting over. So proud of you!!

Thank you so much for sharing this.❤. I am someone that struggles with a healthy mindset. Instead of fixing the one flat tire and moving on my journey, I sometimes flatten the other three😞.
    Thank you again.

It happens to all of us Stasia. Appreciate your honesty. Makes us realise even more that we’re not alone in this. Falling off the horse and never ever not getting back on again. Never ever ever give up. It’s worth it. 👍🌸

I think what chef AJ says is so true for so many of us…."if it's in the house…it's in our mouth!" It can be really hard when you have other family members who don't have to watch what they eat, so I tell them to feel free to indulge.. just don't bring it home around me!

Girl why did the same thing happen 😮 ⁉️ Halloween candy binging caused me to gain some pounds this past week and opened the door to me making more and more food choices contrary to my goals. I'm trying to get off the guilt train and back on the path to just trying again.
Thank you for always sharing you're helping each one of your viewers with your openness ❤

I'm glad everything worked out for you in the end. However, I just have to say that with restrictive diets, binging episodes are bound to happen. I've struggled with COE and BED for most of my 20's and 30's, and I would binge after being on a restrictive diet where I was cutting out entire food groups like fats, or carbs. Just something to be aware of. Cravings can always come back with a vengeance.

You wouldn’t be sharing your journey if you decided to not be transparent. Thank you so much for making us all feel even more human! I ordered your book last week and chose to print it…… you are officially part of our household!

I totally feel this and ive been stuck in the same scenario. One extremely busy and very stressful year and ive gained back 20lbs after losing 60. Very determined to get back on track and cutting out those overt fats ans dry starches again.

We also do a "Switch Witch" after Halloween! My kids get a few pieces that night and the next morning the Switch Witch brings and basket of healthier snacks, including Made Good bars, Lara bars, fresh berries, little toys and stickers etc. They love it!

As a food addict, I totally have been there so many times. Just got back to Canada from a trip to the US and now have to get back on track. I have your latest e-book so will make some of your recipes today and tomorrow. Thanks so much for sharing.
