Interesting tech tree. The ability to invent to invent insects, rockets, better fusion, one thing I don't see is WHEEL TIER 1. All this fantastic stuff but you can't even make a basic frame truck to haul all these materials around. You carried a complete rocket engine in your backpack but can't drive anywhere. You're terraforming a barren planet but the company you work for didn't even think to add a blueprint for basic transportation.
We sent a frame car to the moon in the hopes that they would survive long enough to use it and you have to walk everywhere.

Yes there is caves in the valley 🙂 you need to manage the rockets so you always have enough to make 2 rockets one for each as the map runs out of stuff like the green and red stuff along with Aluminium I found the hardest to find / get

Instead of trying to scrounge up uranium, just do some strategic deconstructing to lower power consumption until you can deconstruct one nuke, then use that uranium to build a uranium rocket, and then you should be back to normal business as long as you always leave enough uranium for one more uranium rocket

@Spanj I have a little challenge for you: harvest all the resources in your home region. Also the ones in the water. And then let yourself be surprised how the game rewards you. But be quick… The reward will only stay for a short time…

The jet pack is what I've decided is THE tool to work for on every play through. Running on your own legs is for peasants! 😀 Also, the jetpack kind of breaks the game, as there are a TON of areas you can basically "Skyrim" your way into…glitch through walls, etc. Great video! I had to buy this, and played it a ton and now my atmosphere is breathable. Looking forward to watching your progression!

I was so happy when your video popped up this morning! The butterflies are beautiful! You can put crates and lockers outside if they're on the iron platforms like your power plants are on.

I moved my base to the entrance of the sand cave. All my heaters, reactors, and drills inside the cave and protected. The drawback? The falling sand comes through the roof and floats down inside. No biggie. And I can't seem to get aluminium from a T1 or 2 ore extractor. And now a spoiler. Eventually you'll get a large bombardment of Super Alloy meteors. You have got to be outside and in the middle of it running around collecting. They de-spawn really fast once the storm is over. Why is your single living unit red on your build screen? And sad news. Things really slow down as you progress. Or at least seem to, as you've already noticed with the slow change in numbers. I hope you keep the series going.

Have you ever played or considered Dyson Sphere Program? Another very involved automated factory building game on a galactic scale. And big time thanks for what you do for us.

Certainly looks like a lot of fun content has been added since the last time I watched this being played. Curious how people find the replay value though? I love this kind of game, but end up going back to ones that have more variation or randomness. I guess there's a lot of future potential. Congratulations convict, you've completed this phase of your rehabilitation, now here's another planet to fix!

The rocket engine is a huge win because of what they need to make, going crazy making them from raw materials can impact progression from building stuff. The multipliers are great but so are nuclear gennies and spreaders. Although it is kind of amusing to build and launch multiple rockets so they stack up inside each other.
Miner is a specific spot gives random ore but for some locations it will bias towards for example iridium and only for early-mid tier ores. Until t2 miners you'll find it handy to have a shredder nearby to destroy excess.
Think the gold crate tally is now up to 16 or 17.
