    I love to add fish sauce to my cucumber salad!!
    And chopped garlic

    I really eat it every chance I get , so I will try the cucumber noodle 🍜 version definitely!!

    Recipe:
    – 2 English cucumbers
    – 1 tbsp gochugaru
    – 1 tbsp sesame oil
    – 1 tbsp soy spice
    – 1 tbsp rice vinegar
    – 1 tbsp brown sugar
    – pinch of salt
    – pinch of garlic powder
    – sprinkle of sesame seeds

    C'mon people, stop peeling your English cukes!! The skins are soooo thin & meant to be eaten, If you peel them you're losing so much flavor, throwing away your green phyto-nutrients & all the fiber, & wasting so much of your food.
    ** Why bother buying English cukes if you're going to peel them?
    ** Just wash, & make thinner slices of the skin. It'll be a better salad with a tad of crunch, more flavor, & better for you.
