    Chicken Paprikash is one of my very favorite dishes. I have been making it since I was about 12 . I add mushrooms to mine and lots of fresh parsley . But any paprikash is scrumptious yummm

    I really like Hungarian recipes and Hungarian people .:) I'm Italian so I will use the peppers and the bread tasting part is how I was raised doing it to. That's European 🙂

    Love the way you and your make this, very authentic, what I did for my son, who was very fussy, is that I took out the chicken, added the sour crème roux and then zoomed it down with an immersion blender, made the sauce toattally smooth. Then put back the chicken.
