Good video…but did you know that on EVERY package of butter, there are tablespoon lines that make measuring as easy as cutting off the tablespoons needed for your recipe?!? None of that measuring it out of a measuring spoon! Just cut off the amount you need and you are done!!!

Next time you make the loaded cauliflower. Put some mustard powder! It really brings it together. A tablespoon would be nice in the recipe you have.

P.s I hear you say Oscar so I figure it's your husband. My Husbands name is Oscar as well!! I haven't met another Oscar before. Lol 🙂

After over a year of being almost completely sedentary due to health issues, my once manageable sweet tooth took its toll. Now I am trying to tackle both weight loss and resuming an exercise program. When my doctor told me I needed to try keto, I said “Hunh?” 😦 However, I have been helped immensely by your channel. Thankfully yours, Anne

Dont ever let her fool you. You hear her say "a little bit" you best be putting way more than you normally would because that's what she actually meant 🤣🤣 I'm the same way though, it's not good unless you throw a cup of seasoning on it!

Make your tuna every week now and keep it in small containers from the dollar tree, it's great for a quick meal with a boiled egg and some of my keto sweet pickles, also love to pickle some eggs when my pickles get low! So good!

Ewg.org claims tuna, especially the white chunk is full of mercury. The light chunk isn't as bad. They test all kinds of food and grade it on a scale from 1 to 10 for toxicity. Maybe make chicken salad instead?😁

Love all you do for us!!! I just have a question. How come you don't post ALL of the recipes you do and make them ALL printable? I can't write (health condition) and I don't have any family or anyone to do it for me. I'd sure appreciate it! Thank-you again.

Everything looks so delicious. I’ve got to try that loaded cauliflower and jalapeño tuna fish. Definitely making those chorizo egg bites. Jerk pork roast? Mind blown! TFS

Never thought about using a combination of mayonaise with sour cream in tuna! I love the idea of the jalopeno pepper and onion combo too! Great ideas, love your cooking meal prep videos!

erythritol has that super super cold aftertaste to me. I made peanut butter cookies with it the other day and can barely eat them because of it. I always wonder how people use it to bake without it tasting so "cold". Do you have any tips for that? Thanks so much for this video! Can't wait to try everything!
