Haven't tried the "Lower back" or the "Pelvis and SI Joints" suggestions yet…but…I must say you've earned your degrees well and are exacting the first rule of medical practice superbly…"Do no harm"(!)….[*can't wait to attempt*]….thanks in advance…;)
Great clear effective instruction. Relaxing
Would it help to release my two pinched nerves in my lower spine?
Hi there.. I’m new to your channel. I have a lot of chronic pain and one of the things causing it is calcium deposits thru out my spine and other parts of my body. I feel like I’m encased in stone. It feels like my muscles have turned to stone.
Tried this and made my pain WORSE. I suppose that's my fault
I would never try this on my own, I would let Dr. TUBIO DO IT.
I tried to strech my jaw but theres suddenly poping sound .it hurt a bit. After that everytime i tried open my jaw wide theres a sound. But not poping sound. It sounded like squishing sound only on my left jaw joint. Is this bad?
What is your opinion on inversion tables?

Hey doctor we have the same shoes!
Thank you Dr. Rowe. Your videos have helped me to try and relive my lower back, upper back and neck pain/stiffness. I am sure these important strength and stretch exercises with practise will help to restore my back.
I'm a water aerobics instructor, just entered my 20s but I've always had issues with my back pain (mostly from stress) and being unable to pop it myself. these videos have done so much for helping me just feel comfortable and releasing the tension. wonder if I could possibly incorporate some of these stretches into my WX classes?
all in all, thank you, sincerely. this is the most relaxed my back has felt in years.
most helpful video i've seen, this helped alot i've been going to the chiropractor every few weeks for a long time because i couldn't get these weird areas

I've always had lower back problems near the tailbone and those two bumps and now hip problems with tightness. Unfortunately I have been wearing a duty belt for 16 years and sit a lot at my job. Any specific recommendations you would have for my issues. I always have tight hamstrings as well. Your videos are very informative. Thank you.
Thank you so much for these tips for self care!
