Haven't tried the "Lower back" or the "Pelvis and SI Joints" suggestions yet…but…I must say you've earned your degrees well and are exacting the first rule of medical practice superbly…"Do no harm"(!)….[*can't wait to attempt*]….thanks in advance…;)

Hi there.. I’m new to your channel. I have a lot of chronic pain and one of the things causing it is calcium deposits thru out my spine and other parts of my body. I feel like I’m encased in stone. It feels like my muscles have turned to stone.

I'm a water aerobics instructor, just entered my 20s but I've always had issues with my back pain (mostly from stress) and being unable to pop it myself. these videos have done so much for helping me just feel comfortable and releasing the tension. wonder if I could possibly incorporate some of these stretches into my WX classes?

all in all, thank you, sincerely. this is the most relaxed my back has felt in years.

This video needs way more views. I have a ton of neck and back issues and my neck has been so tight for days. That first exercise got the spot that was bothering me right off the bat. Wish I knew this a few days ago! Thank you! Your channel has helped me so much

I've always had lower back problems near the tailbone and those two bumps and now hip problems with tightness. Unfortunately I have been wearing a duty belt for 16 years and sit a lot at my job. Any specific recommendations you would have for my issues. I always have tight hamstrings as well. Your videos are very informative. Thank you.

What can you do for pain in the area of the base of the neck or the Area known as the “dowagers’ hump”. When I am at the compute for a long period of time this area really has a burning pain sensation.
