I'm already at a heathy weight, but gained some marriage weight…in addition to muscle building since I was in a surplus while following a program. I feel a little too fluffy now so I'm going to give this a go. It's not pure adf, but I want to do 2 days of fasting (Tuesday and Thursday) and then run a small deficit Monday and Wednesday with focus on high protein for my muscle mass. Then free weekends. The worst I can be on weekends is up to 2400 to 2600 cals and I calculated that with the adf….I could be eating 2733 Friday through Sunday and still lose 1 lbs a week. So here's me starting something else new after deficit every day has failed me with measurements staying the same and weight plateued for months. I've got some September gardening to do to keep me busy.

Went to my son back to school nite and I couldn’t make it to all his classes and even felt like crying, broke my heart million times seeing my son face 🥲 I can’t tell you how many times I’ve re started. Getting back up and keep moving Colleen. My “ why” is to get my hip surgery so I can walk with out pain and be able to attend my son school activities with out my cane and walker..

Started ADF in March 2022, by the end of April I was 64kg. Hadn't been that in a while and for some reason I started finding fasting hard gave up easily and now gained all the weight back, 69kg now. I have decided to start again this September. Needed this video.

Thank you. I started in March 2022 from 203.6lbs amd kept at it till the end of June…i lost anout 25lbs. I moved/relocated at the end of June and i haven't really fasted since then. I came to find a video on restarting and i saw yours immediately. Thank you for this platform and giving us a place where we can share with other persons who understands what we're going through. I'm not sure if you've realized this as yet, but you're creating a community which help others and i pray that God will multiply your blesaings tenfold for every person you've helped.

I fell off in July when my grandmother passed away. I started adf a month prior in June and lost 10 pounds and have luckily maintained it till date. But I am ready to kickstart adf and my weight loss journey again this sept. Thank you Colleen🫶🏻

Hey Colleen I've been doing ADF since the 1st May and I've had roughly 5 days setback where I've eaten on my fast days because I attended a social event ie a birthday dinner and spa weekend…but although I've be fasting consistently and lost just over 14lbs( I don't weight myself religiously I prefer to see the difference in my clothes that couldn't fit) but I've been feeling bad like I'm cheating because I haven't exercise and I overeat and eat badly on my fast day like I'm making up for food I missed out on, on my fast days…I know I could have been a lot more further in my fitness goals and weight loss if I had been more disciplined…by the way I'm 15st 12lb. Tomorrow the 1st Sept is my feast day so I'm going to really take this opportunity to get it together to change what I'm eating and start walking and doing my step aerobics…thanks for this encouraging video I'm going to binge watch some more 👀💻😍

Hi Colleen. I am thinking about trying ADF. I’ve been doing IF since March of this year, began 16/8 and after 2 months went to mostly 18/6 and 20/4 depending on what’s going on. Question I have is, is ADF a true every other day? Or can fasting say every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday work too? Thanks so much. 😊

I needed this to restart my journey & it’s no coincidence but grace that’s it’s the first thing I saw on my YT timeline. I fell off & I know for a fact I am ready to begin again. I love how you said start with 7days & see. Definitely ready to come back! Nighttime is usually the hardest especially when u don’t feel sleepy lol but thanks for the tips! Enjoyed the video!
