Good tutorial Todd! I love making my own tallow. It has a long shelf life, but it never last long enough for me to worry about it going rancid. I always render mine uncovered to let moister from any meat trims evaporate. I use it on veggies, burgers, or anywhere you would typically use oil or butter. So good! Cheers!

Hey Todd! We all do Briskets and Trim them……so Why Not make our own Tallow. Why throw money away and buy something that we already have and usually throw away.
With the price of a quality Brisket, why not use as much of it as possible. 👍 Great Vid Bro! Metal On! 👍🍺 🔥/

Beef tallow is a Keto friendly alternative to other oils and greasy things. It has a beefier flavor that is better than lard, its pork based relative. Try it in a brisket mop, to help sear up steak, whatever you like! The foil wrap is probably not necessary (thanks Rus!), Cheers!
