    An alternative approach but I prefer reverse sear. In toaster over at 200 degrees until it reaches 115 degrees. Finish in a rocket engine hot cast iron skillet. Perfect EVERY time. Best if steak is 1 inch thick or more. I like your channel!

    beautiful ribeyes…love my ninja air fryer…I air fry or my usual, cook it in a stainless steel pan after I cook up some bacon!! both ways are my favorite, air fryer is more leisure. Thanks for the video guys!!!!

    If you learn to sous vide you will throw out all air fryers and Foodies.
    The most tender and juicy steak ever is a thick ribeye 6 hour sous vide at125°. Dried off, salted then placed in a scalding hot cast iron skillet for 1 minute each side to sear it
