Not ”ugly”, just hearty and fulfilling. Also, if you want a better presentation for your meatloaf, just dice and saute some yellow and/or red bell peppers and garnish over the meatloaf to add some pop. Dried herbs (green) may also be helpful. Anyway, this was another enjoyable recipe. Thank You, Chrystal.
