    Air Crisp, Beef, Carrots, Foodi, Onion, Peas, Potatoes, Pressure Cook, Stew

    Ingredients
    4 lbs bone in short ribs
    4 yellow potatoes, large, quartered
    1 onion, large, roughly cut
    4 carrots, large, sliced
    Beef Stock, 32 oz
    Avocado Oil
    1 ½ T. Flour
    1 ½ t. Kitchen Bouquet or Worcestershire
    2 cups Frozen English Peas
    Steps
    Spray oil, S&P ribs.
    Spray oil in inner pot.
    Sear on high, brown on all sides, around 15 minutes
    Add onions and broth, pressure high, seal, for 30 minutes.
    Quick Release.
    Keep warm.
    Remove ribs and debone, chop up meat, discard fat.
    Gradually stir in flour to broth, mixing.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet.
    Add carrots and potatoes.
    Pressure, high, seal, 2 minutes… QR, keep on warm.
    Put meat back in.
    Add frozen peas.
    Close lid and warm 10 minutes.

    Very important to start pressure cooking the short ribs at high. With less liquid after browning your short ribs start. I find it renders out a huge amount of fat when cooking short ribs.

    oh wow, that looks good! Never been a big fan of stew, but I think I would like this recipe. The ribs are an excellent idea! Definitely going to try this one. I love your videos. The southern cooking really hits home. Love Kitchen Bouquet, and you're right. It's like vanilla, a little is great but too much will ruin it. lol Love the new "kitchen"….but I do miss the Bulldogs cover. You need to add a wall hanging or something. 🙂 Add a Roll Tide one with it. hahahaha! 😀

    John, every time I watch your videos I get hungry and want to try the recipe. I'm not a big fan of English peas, so I can just leave those out. You mentioned just putting the Ninja in the fridge, I think I could just cove it with foil and reheat it again instead of a glass lid. Anyways, thanks again for making me hungry..lol
