Thai…my fav of all foods… i think! Great recipe. I do make this without rice, and instead of rice, all cut lettuce. This is 100% delicious! Ok…the thinner sliced the meet (think tastes better because flavors sort of mesh together with the meat. And son is right, Asioan restraints always slice meats thin… I suppose in part for *the illusion*, and also for the flavor!!

Goh-diel! lol My mom made this at least twice a week. My favorite, yummy! My moms beef salad the meat is much more raw. You just need sticky rice and peppers lol. Nam-baa 😉 hard to get here. Tfs!
