Old video I know but I am wondering what temperature your Weber Kettle was at? I have the OnlyFire Rotisserie and am wanting to try this in the summer. The Ribs you made look amazing!

I love the way your ribs look and have me thinking of buying new hardware for cooking on. Where I live we have grilling equipment and we don't just barbeque on weekends during the Summer, but it is a year round thing where when the power is down and we have food which may spoil, we have to cook it up immediately. I have a cast iron skillet which I have which belonged to my grandmother who cooked great meals in it on her wood stove. I now have two dutch ovens which I just purchased and have one skillet on order which I am waiting to receive. I am not a cast iron specialist but do plan to use these tools with my outdoor grill, and other accessories to become a great cook, and survivalist if necessary.
