    Hi. Delicious. Please slow down and show how many minutes of pressure cooking and how many minutes of either natural release or quick release. I am also an Instant Pot lover. LoL Thanks for posting

    Hi Nami, I was surprised how much liquid there was after it finished cooking in the instant pot. However, I used chuck roast and the 35 minutes was not enough for the meat to become tender. I had to add another 4 mins and it came out very nicely! I found that it needed the 4T soy sauce, I was skeptical at first that it would be too much.

    Namiko, I just received my Instant Pot for Christmas and I'm so eager to try this recipe. It looks delicious. Is there a difference in the tenderness of the meat if you allow the pressure to naturally release versus manually releasing the pressure?

    I tried this out – 400g short ribs and 400g oxtail, and it was simply divine, but with a slow cooker instead where i cooked for about 4 hours. Thanks so much for your recipe! 🙂
