I received my Max model, to replace my 6 quart Ultra. The user screen is much, much easier to use–the same level as my Duo Mini. I'm looking forward to canning with it, which is why I bought it. Also really liking the new lid setup. I already own the I-Pot sous vide stick and will keep using it. Also, I own I-Pot extras from my prior 2 I-Pots, delighted that they also fit the new one!

I just placed my order on the Instant Pot Max. After all the frustration with the user interface of the 'Ultra' model, I am hoping the new touch interface and separated controls for all settings will have me satisfied with Max. That one knob do it all just isn't my thing.
