I like how straightforward this recipe was presented. Also I like the common ingredients used. Ive been looking for an instant pot curry recipe and havent found one that doesnt have some hard to find or uncommon ingredient until yours.

I’d been looking for a Japanese curry recipe that doesn’t use store-bought roux for over 5 years. I’m super excited that I finally found it! I used stewed beef, seared it first and pressure cooked 35 minutes. Other than that, I just followed your recipe. Tada! It became super delicious beef curry 🍛 Arigato gozaimasu! All my family loved it ❤️

    インスタントポットぶウルトラの3Lを購入を考えているのですが、
    日本語、日本食で紹介してくれているところが少なくて、悩んでいます。

    あと、食材を選れば、カレーは無水鍋のように加水なしでも作れますか?

This is the first video I came across where ketchup and soy sauce is added to the recipe. Can you tell me more about adding those flavors? I'm making curry tonight and I think i'm gonna try it your way to see how it will come out!
