As someone who didn't have a mother growing up to teach them our traditional Mexican dishes like this I can't thank you enough @Claudia for the recipes and ideas you put out there for us to learn from. Gracias amiga, Saludos desde Orlando Florida!

You have two recipes of green pozole on your channel, which one is your favorite? Or if anyone else tried both of her recipes, which one did you like better? Definitely plan on making this ☺️

As a Mexican-American, I can’t thank you enough for this! I recently moved out of my parent’s and can never think of Mexican dishes to make! This week I was CRAVING pozole verde and I had never made it before myself and oh my god it was yummy! Thank you!!

I have a question for you. I see you’re using like a pan or something to cook your Chile on. Kindly please tell me the name of it? I really want one but unable to find it online. Maybe because I don’t know the proper name.

Can you please look up the word “simmer” because you keep using it on all your videos and you are confusing me. “Simmer” does not mean to boil. It means you turn the stove know to supper low and keep the food below boiling point.

We tried it once and we are hooked! I love the fact that you have a lot of good leafy greens in there! We’ve made it a few times now and we making it again today! Never have made green pozole before, but I’ve tried it from other people and honestly, our family and ourselves agree that this is the best and tastiest green pozole ever!!!

What’s a good substitute for chili Anaheim & poblano? I can’t find them around my area. Even the Mexican market don’t have them. Also can I use dried chili in case I find them in that form?
