    Nice to see real Cheesecake for a change–and to be honest, if it had a crust, it would be Cheese Pie, not Cheesecake!

    Excellent idea! Great way to low carb this classic. Def going to try this. I have in the past, to low carb the cheesecake, vmade a crust made with almonds/cinnamon/nutmeg, but crustless would be much lower carb. Thank you for posting this one.
